RETURNS POLICY
We have a strict 14 day EXCHANGE/CREDIT NOTE ONLY return policy.
In order to carry out return for an exchange/credit note please email RENAE_UK@OUTLOOK.COM. We will ask you to provide information on the return and we will then decide whether this will be accepted or denied. Return the parcel to us via a signed for method strictly within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
What condition do I return my item (s) in?
All items go through the process of an inspection, and any item received that has body odour, makeup stains, ripped in places unusually (other than manufacturing fault) will be returned back to you and will not be eligible for any credit note/exchange. Customer has to use a signed for method when returning the item, if the item arrives back to us later than 14 days we will contact you to arrange returning to you at your cost.
HOW DO EXCHANGES/ RETURNS WORK?
Make sure you have contacted our customer service email RENAE_UK@OUTLOOK.COM to firstly have your return approved.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds. Only exchange/credit note basis.
If you have bought a sale item/discounted item refunds will not be issued as terms apply. Please see below for further information on sale items.
Please contact our customer service via RENAE_UK@OUTLOOK.COM if a refund is needed and we can look at this on a personal basis.
ARE RETURNS PAID FOR?
We are unable to cover return postage costs as we are a small business. Customers are urged to hold onto proof of postage as we are not responsible for returns lost in the post. If you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return.
ALL RETURNS MUST REACH US 14DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER. ANY RETURNS RECIEVED TO US OUT OF THE OUTLINED PERIOD WILL BE DENIED. PLEASE ENSURE THE PARCEL IS SENT SIGNED FOR AND CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL POSTAL SERVICE IT WILL REACH US IN TIME BEFORE SENDING IT. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO RETURN THE ITEM ON TIME. IF THE PARCEL REACHES US LATER THAN 14 DAYS THEN YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO MAKE PAYMENT FOR RETURN POSTAGE TO YOURSELF.
MY ITEM DOES NOT FIT, WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?
All PRE-ORDER items are exchange only for CREDIT as this is a MADE TO ORDER item. Please bare this in mind before ordering. Credit notes are to be used within 3 MONTHS. This is the same as normal items.
FAULTY ITEMS
We quality check every item before shipping it to our customers. In the rare event something was missed and the item is in an unworn condition we will resolve this quickly. If the item has been worn and without tags we are not responsible for any faults occurred after under any circumstances.
WE UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE ARE RESPONSIBLE IF YOU HAVE INPUTTED THE WRONG ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT AND YOUR PARCEL IS SENT THERE! WE CAN ONLY SEND TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED SO NO REFUND WILL BE MADE IF YOUR PARCEL IS LOST OR DELIVERED TO THE ADDRESS.
If the parcel is returned to us you will have to pay for new postage to be sent out again and provide the correct address, we are not responsible for your parcel if it is incorrectly addressed and we will not be liable to paying for your postage if your address was inputted wrong by you! However, if we have the parcel returned to us we will help by sending this out for you again!
Orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstance.
There is a strict no returns policy on SALE items. This includes using a discount code at checkout. PLEASE read and understand this before placing your order. At checkout you will agree to these T&Cs.
No returns on swimwear & bodysuits! Also no returns on jewellery. This is due to hygiene reasons.
